Chapter 1 ♥" Guigui! Stop running! Im running out of my breath " shouted Ya Tou from afar.
" Sorry, I'll slow down " replied GuiGui.
GuiGui slowed down immediately after Ya Tou shouted. Still, GuiGui was walking quickly. It was the first day of High School. Everybody are excited to see each other. Their new classmates, new teachers and also their new school.
Yatou rushed forward and grabbed onto GuiGui's arm.
" We still need to wait for Xiao Jie here. " sighed Yatou.
GuiGui shrugged. She knew that Xiao Jie would be late for their meeting up again. Xiao Jie, GuiGui and Yatou were childhood friends. They grew up together since they were young. Their parents were also buisness partners which makes this 3 girls, have a greater friendship between them.
" IM HERE! IM HERE! " shouted Xiao Jie.
She rushed forward to Yatou and greeted both of the girls who arrived first. GuiGui smiled and ran quickly. Yatou, along with Xiao Jie ran quickly as they know that they were late for their first day of school.
Soon enough, they reached the school. The bell rang just in time. GuiGui and the other two girls rushed into the classroom. Everybody starred at them. Xiao Jie nudged GuiGui, who is best at making excuses.
" Er.. my mom, er....m. She needs to vist her sister's daughter as she is in the hospital. So, we were late. "
The teacher nodded and told them to go to their assigned seats. GuiGui was seating with a guy, a really charming guy, with XiaoJie beside her. Yatou was sitting near the windows with a silly-looking guy.
" Hello, Im AhWei! " laughed the guy who was beside Yatou.
Yatou smiled sweetly and waved her hand.
" Class starts today at this High School, of course! My name's Miss Leng. Feel free to ask me anything! Ok, so, firstly, we are going to take the attendance. "
" Guigui ! "
" Here ! "
" Ya Lun "
" Present ! "
This goes on and on. Till Yatou, who was the last to have her attendance checked. Everybody had their self-introduction. GuiGui realised the guy beside her, was actually Wangzi. A guy that she met in a playground when she was young. GuiGui was surprised of how he looked like then compared to the younger him. He looked completely like two different people.
" Im Guigui, you remember me ? " said GuiGui.
Wangzi ignored Guigui's speech. He looked elsewhere. Then, he turned and looked at Miss Leng. Guigui shrugged and turned away. She was embarrassed. ' Forget about it. Since he wants to ignore me. I'll treat it as I never met him before ' thought Guigui. XiaoJie nudged Guigui again. Miss Leng looked at Guigui strictly. Guigui sat still and concentrated on what Miss Leng was saying. Yatou sighed. She could not sit with her two best friends. Instead with a guy, called AhWei, that she completely never ever met before.
Ahwei, for the whole lesson, did not concentrate on what was Miss Leng talking. Although, is eyes were on Miss Leng. He kept peeking at Yatou, the girl sitting beside him. ' She's cute! ' thought Ahwei. He kept recalling when Yatou said Present.
The people in the classroom, yawned. Miss Leng's speech were like for 12 year old kids. Even one of the guys, were dozing off. In fact, everyone almost dozed off. Finally, the school bell for break time rang. Before Miss Leng could even say breaktime, everyone rushed out of the classroom. Pushing each other, squeezing through the door.
Guigui & Xiao Jie waited for Yatou to come out. Yatou rushed forward to them, smiling. She linked her arms around them. They headed for the canteen. The three girls sat together. They only ordered drinks. Out of nowhere, AhWei appeared. He sat next to Yatou and smiled bashfully.
" Can I sit here ? "
Guigui and Xiao Jie looked at each other and then looked at Yatou. Yatou scratched her head and gave a no-choice look.
" Ok. But..." said Yatou.
Ahwei interrupted and giggled. Guigui looked around for Wangzi. There he is!
