Chapter 15 ♥Sweat trickled down Gui Gui's cheek. Gui Gui nudged Wang Zi's arm, hoping that he could say something before they find out anything. Still, Ya Tou and Ya Lun had their eyes glued on the both of them.
' Oh, look! ' said Gui Gui as she pointed to the clock behind Ya Tou.
Ya Tou and Ya Lun turned back. Gui Gui quickly pull Wang Zi along with her and left for the door.
' What's ther- ' asked Ya Tou as she turned back to see both of them gone.
' Close shave! ' said Gui Gui panting.
Wang Zi squatted down. Gui Gui sat down on the ground and hugged her knees.
' Come on! Let's go somewhere. ' said Gui Gui, giving her best smile.
Wang Zi starred at Gui Gui for a few moments before answering.
' How ? ' asked Wang Zi in a cold tone as he cleaned his sweat away from his forehead.
' What do you mean how ? By taxi, of course. ' said Gui Gui as she laughed loudly.
' In this ? ' replied Wang Zi as he pointed to Gui Gui's pyjamas.
' What's wrong wearing this ? ' said Gui Gui as she looked at her stitch pajamas.
' No way. I don't want to have my face thrown away. ' said Wang Zi.
Gui Gui looked at Wang Zi then decided to return to the house and explain things instead. While, she was about to, Wang Zi pulled her hand.
' What are you doing ? ' said Wang Zi as he pulled Gui Gui down.
' Explain things. ' said Gui Gui, smiling awkwardly.
' You thought of an excuse already ? ' asked Wang Zi.
' Not really. ' said Gui Gui as she forced a smile on her face.
Wang Zi held onto Gui Gui's hand. Gui Gui love the feeling so she decided to keep quiet. Then...
' Why are you holding onto my hand ? ' asked Gui Gui.
' So that, you won't go in the house and put me into trouble. ' said Wang Zi as he looked elsewhere.
Inside the house...' Gui Gui, how old are you already ? Stop playing hide-and-seek. ' said Ya Tou as she giggled.
Ya Lun looked around the house. So did Ya Tou. But, they still couldn't find the both of them.
' I give up. ' said Ya Lun after 30 minutes of Gui-Wang searching.
' No! We can't. We must find out what happened to the both of them. ' said Ya Tou.
' Obviously, they spend the night together. ' said Ya Lun softly.
As he said that, his heart ached a little.
' Huh ? ' asked Ya Tou as she continued searching.
Outside...' When are we suppose to go in ? ' asked Gui Gui.
Wang Zi did not answer. Then, he saw two familar people approaching - XiaoJie and Mini.
' We're dead. ' said Wang Zi as he pulled Gui Gui to the backyard.
' What now ? ' asked Gui Gui.
Wang Zi pointed to the direction of Xiao Jie and Mini. But, Gui Gui didn't seem to get it.
' Haiya. It's just Mini and Xiao Jie. Let's go say hello. ' said Gui Gui smiling as she ran forward.
Wang Zi quickly caught up with her. But, it was too late.
' Hello! ' said Gui Gui as she smiled sweetly.
' What are you both doing here, in your pyjamas ? ' asked Xiao Jie.
' See! I told you. ' whispered Wang Zi.
' Er..m. Getting some fresh air. ' said Wang Zi as he tried to smile.
' Yaya! ' said Gui Gui, nodding.
' Two of you ? ' asked Mini as she pointed to the both of them.
' No! Gui Gui was just playing her follow people game. Right, Gui Gui ? ' said Wang Zi quickly.
Gui Gui rolled her eyes and Wang Zi. No other choices, she decided to play along with Wang Zi's lie.
' Yeah! ' said Gui Gui.
' Why must it be Wang Zi then ? ' said Xiao Jie loudly.
Ya Tou heard Xiao Jie's voice and opened the door. Ya Lun followed.
' Gui Gui & Wang Zi! Finally, I found the both of you. Can the both of you explain things now ? ' said Ya Tou as she pulled Gui Gui into the house.
Ya Lun pulled Wang Zi and Xiao Jie and Mini entered the house with curious looks.
' Explain things ? ' asked Mini as Wang Zi and Gui Gui sat on the sofa.
Gui Gui tried to use the same technique again.
' Look! ' said Gui Gui pointing behind Ya Tou.
But, only Xiao Jie and Mini looked behind.
' Don't use that stupid technique. ' whispered Wang Zi.
' Can you both explain things now ? ' said Ya Tou as she starred at Gui Gui and Wang Zi.
' Yeah! ' said Ya Lun as he nodded.
' Ok. Fine! ' said Gui Gui as she decided to admit.
Wang Zi looked at Gui Gui then he used his hand to close her mouth.
' Ok. I'll say! ' said Wang Zi in a cold tone.
' Yesterday, I was too tired and I entered the wrong room and I thought that Ya Lun was on the bed so I slept on the desk next to the bed. ' said Wang Zi.
Ya Lun and Ya Tou looked at each other then sighed.
' Does my body look like a girl's one ? ' joked Ya Lun.
' As I said, I was tired. ' explained Wang Zi.
' So concidentally, you went into Gui Gui's room ? How come you can't enter the computer room accidentally then ? ' said Ya Tou, still not convinced.
Xiao Jie and Mini laughed.
' Like I said before, I was tired. ' explained Wang Zi as he tried to sound calm.
' Ok. We believe you. ' said Ya Tou smiling.
' Phew ~ ' sighed Gui Gui as she wept her sweat from her forehead.
' Huh ? ' said Mini as she heard Gui Gui heaved a sigh of relief.
' Urgent! Need to go toilet. ' said Gui Gui as she ran to her bedroom.
' So, how's Gui Gui ? ' said Mini.
' She looks fine to me. ' said Xiao Jie as he looked at Wang Zi cheekily.
Then, Xiao Jie pulled Wang Zi aside.
' What now ? ' said Wang Zi furiously.
' I know it's all a lie. Tell me the truth. ' urged Xiao Jie.
Ya Lun and Ya Tou did a " i don't know " sigh and continued with what they were doing. While Mini went to Gui Gui's room.
' Tell me the truth. ' repeated Xiao Jie for the second time.
' It's the truth. ' said Wang Zi, trying to stay calm.
In Gui Gui's room...' Aiyo. Gui Gui, come out from the toilet la! ' said Mini as she sat on Gui Gui's bed.
' Stomachache. ' lied Gui Gui.
' Stop lying. Tell me the truth. ' said Mini as she smiled.
' What truth ? ' urged Gui Gui.
' You and Wang Zi... ' said Mini.
' What Wang Zi said is true. ' said Gui Gui as she pretended to groan loudly.
Just then, the house phone rang. Gui Gui rushed out of the toilet and said.
' I'll get it. ' said Gui Gui as she rushed outside to the living room.
' I'll get it. ' said Wang Zi as he rushed to the phone.
The phone continued ringing.
' Hey! Me first! ' said Gui Gui as Wang Zi snatched the phone.
' Me. Can't you see my hand ? ' said Wang Zi pointing to his hand.
' Haven you heard of Ladies first ? ' said Gui Gui as she rolled her eyes.
' You don't look like a lady to me. ' joked Wang Zi.
' Hey! ' said Gui Gui, biting her teeth.
The phone continued ringing. Finally, Ya Tou rushed out of the Kitchen and snatched the phone from Wang Zi's hand. Still, Wang Zi and Gui Gui continued arguing...
' Me first, ok ? ' said Gui Gui.
' Can't you see my hand ?! ' said Wang Zi.
' I can't see! ' argued Gui Gui.
' Then, you must be blind. ' said Wang Zi loudly.
' I still can see. I am not blind! ' said Gui Gui loudly.
Then, Ya Tou hanged up the phone and screamed loudly.
' STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ' shouted Ya Tou loudly.
Wang Zi and Gui Gui covered their ears. Mini and Xiao Jie rushed to the living, covering their ears. Ya Lun came out from his room with his mp3.
' Wow. Your voice is loud. ' said Ya Lun as he took out his earpiece.
Wang Zi and Gui Gui stopped covering their ears. So did Mini and Xiao Jie.
' What are you both quarelling about ?! ' said Ya Tou as she looked at Gui Gui an Wang Zi.
' He snatched my phone! ' said Gui Gui as she looked elsewhere.
' No. She snatched my phone. ' argued Wang Zi.
' No! ' said Gui Gui as she turned back.
' Ok! Enough! It was Xiao Yu on the phone. ' said Ya Tou.
' Oh! Brother must be worried about me. ' giggled Gui Gui.
' I told him you are fine. ' smiled Ya Tou.
' She looks fine. But her mind isn't fine. ' said Wang Zi.
Gui Gui rolled her eyes and walked away in a huff.
