Chapter 5 ♥Wang Zi stopped what he was doing. He walked up to Gui Gui's seat, right infront of him, was Gui Gui lying on the ground. Wang Zi slipped his hand into his own pocket, and took out his phone.
' Ya Lun, Ms Leng needs you to come to school right now. ' said Wang Zi.
' Ok, I'll be here in 15 minutes. ' replied Ya Lun on the phone.
Ya Lun who was sure who was on the phone rushed to the door. He knew that it was - Wang Zi. But, at the same time, he wondered, where he got his phone number.
Meanwhile, in school, Wang Zi carried Gui Gui to the medical room. Wang Zi showed the Doctor a quiet sigh. The doctor nodded. Wang Zi left the room and went back to the classroom. Just in time, Ya Lun arrived.
' In the medical room. ' Wang Zi said in a calm tone.
Although, Ya Lun was not sure why Wang Zi told him about the medical room. He rushed in to see Gui Gui lying on the bed. Ya Lun scratched his head. Gui Gui woke up, she was surprised to see Ya Lun instead of Wang Zi. Ya Lun knew he was tricked. Tricked into going to being the scapegoat instead of Wang Zi.
' Why him ?! Not Wang Zi ?! ' mumbled Gui Gui softly.
' Huh ? ' answered Ya Lun.
' Nothing ' answered Gui Gui, feeling disappointed.
Ya Lun dragged the chair and sat next to Gui Gui.
' You fine ? ' asked Ya Lun.
Gui Gui nodded unwillingly. The last she saw was Wang Zi, not Ya Lun. How did Ya Lun bring Gui Gui to the medical room ? Gui Gui thought and made weird faces that made Ya Lun laughed.
' Huh ? ' asked Gui Gui.
' Nothing, take a rest. ' laughed Ya Lun.
' You brought me here ? ' asked Gui Gui.
The doctor of the medical room turned to Ya Lun and looked at him with very scary-looking big eyes.
' Er.. yeah. ' answered Ya Lun upon seeing how the doctor looked at him.
Gui Gui sighed. Ya Tou rushed into the room and saw Gui Gui on the bed.
' Gui Gui, when I woke up in the morning. I saw you lying on the ground, now, you're lying on the bed of the school's medical room! ' said Ya Tou with a worried look.
Gui Gui smiled.
' Im fine, seriously. ' said Gui Gui.
' It must be Ya Lun who brought you here. Am I right ? ' asked Ya Tou.
Ya Lun nodded so as Gui Gui.
' Sorry, if I disturbed you and Ah Wei. ' said Gui Gui, giggling.
' Nahhhh! Ah Wei needs to go off. So, when we returned to the classroom. We didnt see you, neither did we see Wang Zi. I rushed to your table and I saw a note. A note of you going to the medical room ' explained Ya Tou.
' Must be Wang Zi. I knew he was worried about me. Hahaha ' thought Gui Gui.
Ya Lun smiled as he looked at Gui Gui giggling to herself. The first time, Ya Lun talked to her, was also when she was pushed to the ground by Wang Zi. Now, he saw her at the medical room, lying down.
' Although she is strong in the outside, she is soft, gentle and kind in the inside ' thought Ya Lun.
' I'll go back home first, to prepare dinner. Ya Lun, can you send her back home later ? ' said Ya Tou.
Ya Tou thought that she was being the light bulb between the two of them. Little did she know that, Gui Gui was fond of Wang Zi, instead of Ya Lun.
' Sure! ' said Ya Lun agreeing.
Ya Tou bidded goodbye to Gui Gui and rushed back to the classroom to get her bag, and off she went back home. She called Xiao Jie, and told her about Gui Gui.
And their conversation began like this ...
Xiao Jie : WHAT ?! Ya Lun's sending Gui Gui back home ?!
Ya Tou : Is there something wrong ? You like Ya Lun ?!
Xiao Jie : Nononono! Gui Gui doesnt like Ya Lun.
Ya Tou : Huh ? Why not ?
Xiao Jie : She likes Wang Zi.
Ya Tou : How did you know ?
Xiao Jie : She's interested in him alot. She cant concentrate in class because of.
Ya Tou interrupted..
Ya Tou : Wang Zi!
Xiao Jie : Yepppp! But now, it's Ya Lun sending her back home. I bet Gui Gui would'nt be happy.
Ya Tou : But, Ya Lun agreed. And Im almost home..
Xiao Jie : Nevermind.
Ya Tou : By the way, the note. I brought it home with me. I'll show you tomorrow. And we'll identify who wrote the note then.
Xiao Jie : It must be Wang Zi ! I remembered Ya Lun didnt stay back at school. I saw him leaving the school gate.
Ya Tou : Wang Zi did stayed back.
Xiao Jie : WANGZI! Hahahahahaa.
Ya Tou : hahahahaha
The two girls conversation ended like this.
Meanwhile, at school ....' I had enough rest already. I want to go back home. ' said Gui Gui.
' Ok. I'll send you home. ' said Ya Lun.
As they walked back home together, Gui Gui felt dizzy again. Her vision failed her. She wanted to walk straight but instead in a zigzag direction.
' I'll piggy-back you. You are still not really in good condition yet. You must have a medical leave tomorrow. ' said Ya Lun.
Ya Lun piggy-back Gui Gui. Gui Gui nodded and got onto Ya Lun's back.
' Medical leave ? ' asked Gui Gui.
' Yup! ' said Ya Lun.
Soon enough, they reached the house of Gui Gui's. Ya Lun knocked onto the door. Ya Tou rushed out from the kitchen and opened the door. To her surprise, she saw Gui Gui on Ya Lun's back.
' Thanks. ' said Gui Gui.
Ya Lun placed Gui Gui onto the sofa and wanted to open the door to leave.
' Why not stay for dinner ? To thank you for sending Gui Gui back home. ' said Ya Tou.
' No. There is no need for that. ' said Ya Lun.
' Why not ? ' said Gui Gui.
Upon hearing what Gui Gui said, Ya Lun stayed back to have dinner. Dinner was laid on the table. With vegetables and porridge. Gui Gui put down her chopsticks upon seeing what's in her bowl - porridge. Gui Gui dreaded porridge. But, since, she was sick. Ya Tou would always cook for Gui Gui porridge if she were sick. Gui Gui sighed. Since, there was no other food and Gui Gui was hungry. She picked up her chopsticks again and eat her porridge.
Ya Lun ate the porridge quickly. Ya Tou thought that Ya Lun seems to like the porridge and scooped more for him.
' I never had porridge for quite a long time. ' said Ya Lun sadly.
' Why ? ' asked Gui Gui.
